Assistant Manager, Product Management – Denver, US

Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to own the end-to-end experience of our web and mobile app users. You will be responsible for driving product design, detailing, going to market and monitoring product performance. You will own the roadmap of products that drive user conversion. You will create a sprint roadmap based on prioritized epics and research/ author user stories. You will work in an ART (Agile Release Train) setup with a Scrum team of Engineers, Designers, and Content writer for implementation. You will obsessively seek to understand the customer’s perspective by being data-driven and having a bias towards action. This will also involve, effectively using analytics tools, AB test tools and other front-end tools to better help define and improve user journey.

 

For this role, you’ll need to have at least an undergraduate degree in business or engineering. You’ll need to have 8+ years of relevant work experience, having worked as a Product Manager for web and/or mobile software products (B2B or B2Cb) and global country launches. Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies with frequent production release cycles is a plus. Ability to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios and architectural concepts. You’ll have the ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You’ll be familiar with front end tools ecosystem such as Analytics, Tag managers, Attribution, AB testing tools, etc. You’ll have an entrepreneurial drive and would have demonstrated the ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Annual base salary gross:  $70,750 - $120,721. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
