As the Americas Account Based Marketing and Programs Manager, your primary objective is to execute and expand our account-based marketing practice to strategically scale and accelerate growth in top Global Accounts. In this role you must be both a leader and executor, working across the organization in close partnership with the field marketing managers to develop targeted marketing strategies and omni-channel programs to drive revenue and expansion in global and strategic accounts. You are also responsible for driving adoption of our ABM technology platform across Sales and Marketing. Additionally, you will be supporting execution of key executive programs across the Americas Field Marketing organization including but not limited to, 2 key programs across all of NORAM.
You are a data-driven strategic thinker who is highly experienced with account-based marketing frameworks and can apply best-practices in execution and adoption.
You will work cross functionally with key stakeholder groups such as sales, product marketing, field marketing, marketing and sales operations, integrated campaigns, partner marketing, content marketing, and customer programs and success.
This position will work within the Americas Field Marketing Organization.
Responsibilities:
PLANNING

  • Be the in-house expert on ABM program success for both prospects and customers, including intent data leverage, campaign planning and execution, sales activation, and measurement
  • Develop and enable universal processes ensuring best-practice implementation and adoption
  • Identify new industry ABM trends and best practices and incorporate into strategies and campaigns
  • Plan and execute key programs annually across the Americas Organization.


EXECUTION

  • Execute Executive, high-touch programs to drive strategic relationship with key customers and document process to build a campaign of materials to scale.
  • Define and execute integrated ABM campaigns focused on target accounts; identify the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels and calls to action, as well as program orchestration leveraging the ABM platform.
  • Work in partnership with the Field Marketing Managers to drive the optimal mix of marketing activities within ABM campaigns to achieve corporate objectives, including demand creation, deal acceleration, and client retention and expansion
  • Develop a catalog of campaign materials that can be utilized in ABM campaigns on other Americas Teams
  • Work with Integrated Campaigns & Digital team to develop and integrate campaign tactics across social and digital, website and email platforms
  • Manage project timelines, solve quality issues, and manage agencies and resources, SOW (statement of work), and budgets


PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION

  • Standardize metrics for program impact reporting; utilizing data to drive insights for dynamic planning and optimization; be fluent at articulating value delivered through influence
  • Continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Track and report results across the entire buyer's journey


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B-to-B technology marketing
  • 5+ years of demand generation marketing experience within technology/SaaS sector
  • 3+ years ABM and/or install base marketing with demonstrated ABM program results that translated into sales revenue.
  • Experience in executing high-caliber, white-glove programs for key Executive customers
  • Strong understanding/experience with Account Based Marketing principles; ability to lead strategy and campaign framework for driving ABM programs
  • Solid understanding of Sales process, motions and motivators
  • Experience in growth marketing
  • Highly self-motivated leader who is a great collaborator and influencer
  • Ability to work across different levels of the organization
  • Experience driving ABM programs through ABM platforms
  • Strong written, editing, proofreading and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Skilled in creating concise, streamlined processes to improve efficiency and scale
  • Understanding of how to leverage technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, SalesForce.com, third-party intent data, Website personalization and ABM technology platform


Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
