Job Description:

Charlotte's Web is looking for a dynamic self-starter, highly driven with proven success in sales, affiliate marketing and business development. The Charlotte's Web affiliate program spans both public and private partners, with a focus on a private program that enables the brand to connect with partners that align to our mission & our products. Must be knowledgeable about performance-based marketing, and looking to take your career up to the next level, together with us. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will establish a top-tier affiliate program by establishing process & technology to support the program, and creating world-class partnership capabilities to create continued high-quality sales growth.

To succeed in this position you should be passionate about affiliate marketing across a variety of verticals (health & wellness, bio-hacking, sports, medical & supplements) building and nurturing relationships, enjoy selling through multiple communication methods (phone, email, messaging, face-to-face, etc.) and closing deals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing and optimizing affiliate marketing opportunities to grow traffic, revenue and brand awareness.
  • Proactively building the number of affiliate partners through outreach, recruiting and relationships to achieve monthly growth goals.
  • Identifying and recruiting new affiliates through various channels including: social networks, communities and groups, blog postings, owned relationships, email, etc.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
  • Inspiring affiliates’ excitement and engagement about offers/products/services.
  • Proactively monitoring traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on. Advanced reporting tools will be provided.
  • Monitoring affiliate activity, analyzing performance, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending ways to increase affiliate performance.
  • Presenting reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, ROI, ROAS, etc.
  • Integrating with other digital channel leads (social, email, etc.) for cross-channel optimization of the affiliate program

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Data driven, process and KPI oriented mentality. Able to regularly hit targets.
  • Keen understanding of affiliate networks, tracking, tech capabilities, and best practices for maximizing affiliate success.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile and dynamic fast-paced environment, drive change and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and teams.
  • Strong business acumen, quantitative, analytical and personal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate brand strategy.
  • In it to win it; self-reliant, problem solver, and results oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ecommerce marketing or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience managing affiliate programs.
