Frndly TV is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator who is an outgoing self-starter, with high energy and analytically driven. The marketing manager will lead day-to-day management of Frndly TV affiliate and reward programs, responsible for accelerated growth of the programs while maintaining high consumer satisfaction. This includes a broad range of activities, including publisher onboarding, program setup, transaction verification, campaign creation, and creative development.

Essential Job Duties 

• Oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate and rewards programs to ensure maximum ROI is achieved

• Recruit and train new affiliates to maximize the quality and quantity of their referral traffic

• Develop reward incentives for consumers

• Initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program

• Develop affiliate marketing strategies that deliver specified sales volumes

• Manage creative review and development

• Analyzing program and campaign activity to identify opportunities for improvement

• Ensure proper compliance with affiliate program rules and guidelines

• Deliver program performance reports to advertisers and senior management

• Ensure that commissions and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner

Our ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and has directly managed affiliates.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (ideally in Marketing, Bussiness, Communications, Advertising, or a related field) 

• 1-4 years experience directly managing affiliates, vendors, and/or marketing programs

• Proficient with large datasets in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent writing Skills

• Experience with Affiliate Management Software (CJ.com, Cake, Linkshare, etc.) preferred

• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Google Suite

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketing database

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics)

• B2C brand/product experience

• Subscription product experience

• Compensation Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year + Possible Equity (Salaried, Exempt) (final pay determination will be based on experience)
