  • Lead and support our organization
    • Ad Operations: You will lead the Campaign Deployment team with the support of other team members.
      • Manage deployment demands and allocate resources when necessary
      • Create and track insertion orders for media buys and confirm buys with media partners in media management software (Advantage)
      • Manage client creative material deliverables
      • Set-up ad server (DoubleClick Campaign Manager)
      • Traffic creative to media partners
      • Set-up self-service platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, AdWords, etc.)
      • Confirm with team that tracking set up is complete before campaign launch
    • Planning: You will be part of the Planning team as a key role in moving the planning process forward.
      • Create media plan documents
      • Media partner plan inputs into media plan
      • Input media plan in media management software
      • Build media flowcharts in media management software
    • Compliance: You will own Campaign Compliance and ensure compliance is being met for media campaigns.  
      • Gather screenshots for proof of placement
      • Assist in resolving campaign discrepancies
    • Data Collection: You will be part of the Reporting team as a key role in moving the analytics process forward.  
      • Create 1st party data templates and send to media partners
      • Aggregate 1st party data from media partner and respond back if data is missing or misrepresented
      • Input 1st and 3rd party data into reporting system
  • Systems and Process Mindset
    • You will be given a system of how to do the various aspects of your job. You need to be able to work with that system, and once you learn it, YOU will decide how to improve your system. We want you to be thinking about how to make things most efficient.
  • You are Tech Savvy
    • Existing skills with ad tech and media platforms: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Advantage – bonus!
    • Proficient in the Macintosh operating system including Pages and Keynote
    • Proficient in the Microsoft suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Skype
  • Contribute Hours – 40-45 hours/week. 
    • This is NOT an hourly paid position, but a salaried + bonus position.  We don’t punch time clocks, instead trust in each other that we are all owners and are responsible for our own work and getting things done.

 

Your Required Talents (Not listed in order of importance)

  • Media Advertising knowledge
    • You are ‘fluent’ in media terminology, currencies, tactics, and possess basic knowledge of media strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns
    • You find energy around having multiple balls in the air and pride yourself on executing with minimal issues.
  • Affinity for math
    • You prefer numbers and like spending your time with numbers.
  • Self-motivated, self-managed leader     
    • Everyone in our company is self-managed – Did we mention - YOU WILL NOT HAVE A MANAGER? J We work very closely as a team, so we all have great support, and everyone leads from their areas of expertise. Don’t worry, we will bring you up to speed and train you to ensure you have the right knowledge and tools to make your own decisions!
  • Sincere relational skills
    • You know how to talk to just about anyone and can pick up the phone and speak to clients, media partners, and stakeholders with interest and ease.
  • Strong attention to detail
    • You are great at follow up and making sure things get done by their deadline. You are a good proofreader and enjoy editing documents. You like figuring out where something may be off.
  • High sense of urgency
    • Deadlines are part of the day to day functions of this role. For this role’s deadline demands to come easy for you, you already keep a personal calendar and live by it.
