Objective of the Role:
In this role, reporting to the Managing Director of ATP, you will be responsible for day-to-day servicing and troubleshooting of our current ''best in class" AdTech; you will play a key role in identifying new AdTech worth partnering with or investing research time in and you will assist in developing and promoting best practices across various technologies - since marketing was never as dependent on technology as it is now.
Primary responsibilities:

• Translating complex technical information into digestible communications (verbal and non-verbal) for clients, internal teams, and prospects at all stages of technical knowledge.
• Provide advanced solutions to complex accounts (during pre-sales and daily management) by supporting intricate product implementation, troubleshooting, knowledge sharing and training to ensure client satisfaction and maintain Delve's position as world-class experts.
• Promote learning for our clients, digest information and turn around teachable content on trafficking, management and optimizations, and measurement.
• Keep automation in-mind while working; understanding opportunities to simplify or improve day-to-day operations and capture technically driven opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of professional experience in a technical client support role
• DoubleClick advertiser experience essential
• Advanced Proficiency in Excel/G-Sheets and PowerPoint/G-Slides
• BA/BS degree (economics, business, science, math and marketing degrees are preferred) or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to understand complex data and organize it in a digestible manner
• Customer-focused work ethic with a high standard of service and quality control

Salary range for this position (dependent on qualifications and experience):
AdTech Solutions Consultant: $70k - $85k
Sr AdTech Solutions Consultant: $85k - $100k
