The role:

We're looking for an established marketing professional that can take our lead generation efforts to the next level by owning our inbound channels.

This person will deploy marketing spend to the various channels as budgeted by the Director of Growth and optimize each of those channels on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum conversion rates.

Specifically, person will manage the paid advertising campaigns, identify and secure tradeshows, and create email campaigns to generate qualified leads.

In addition, the Acquisition Marketing Manager will develop and manage business relationships with outsourcers who help in each category and with Customer Success / Product departments to develop and execute a cohesive strategy for identifying upsell leads within customer base.

A successful candidate will be flexible, wearing many hats, able to take direction but driven to own channels and initiatives as they come along. We are looking for an analytical marketer who can create schedules and structures to make the execution of campaigns more efficient.

The Basic Stack:

Lead Generation 

  • Manage all inbound lead channels and deliver qualified leads to sales
    • Optimizing channels to increase conversion rates 
    • Optimizing ads to increase click through
    • Running tests to ensure maximum interaction
  • Research, secure, and devise strategy for tradeshows in tandem with sales
  • Create and tweak drip campaigns to help convert content leads to sales leads
  • Create and tweak drip campaigns to engage leads through marketing automation
  • Assist brand manager with content efforts to convert where possible
  • Creating email campaigns to convert stale leads in existing database
  • Report on click throughs and conversion rates of channels in tandem with Dir. of Growth

Branding

  • Optimize landing pages where lead channels interact on the website
  • Ensure all lead channels outside of WorkBright are in line with direction from Brand Manager

Sales Support

  • Strategize and execute on email campaigns on behalf of sales
  • Attend regular meetings with sales to receive feedback on MQLs to help guide optimization for higher quality leads

Internal 

  • Help devise strategy and execute on plans for CS to identify upsell leads 
  • Aid in product development where related to gaining upsell leads in application

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with startups
  • Any basic coding experience or experience building websites
  • Salesforce experience
  • Being in the Denver/Boulder area - we want the best so all geographic regions are welcome to apply but preference will be given to those nearby or willing to relocate
