Ideas Made Measurable (IMM) is looking for an Account Supervisor (Supervisor, Client Experience) who has is a stellar combination of a doer and leader to add to our talented Client Experience team. We need a new team member that is a masterful executor as well as passionate about starting to develop exceptional client partnership skills by developing a keen understanding of a clients’ business, marketing challenges, industry and economics. 

A Day in the Life

IMM looks to our Account Supervisors to help ensure that we successfully execute on projects, while also bringing a new level of strategic thinking to the account and client relationships. You'll help guide multi-disciplined teams, both in and outside the agency, in the day-to-day execution of compelling client marketing strategies and programs. 

Here are some specifics on what your days might look like

  • Partners with internal teams and clients by pushing forward insightful ideas, and thought leadership that drives business
  • Uses analysis to drive decisions (as opposed to taking orders) in a way that yields sustained, measurable results
  • Ensures the team has all information, detail and feedback to successfully meet client objectives - on budget, and on time
  • Acts as a mentor and trusted advisor to junior team members
  • Holds financial accountability for forecasting, billing, and reconciling fees
  • Supports and leads by example in fostering collaborative relationships across strategy, creative, engineering, media and analytics.

 

Here is what you need to get our attention

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6 year’s experience in progressively responsible account roles at a digital focused service agency or equivalent combo of agency and client-side experience

 

Here's what will make us call you for sure 

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing – guiding teams in successfully developing compelling strategies and content for successful client programs
  • Proven ability to grow profitable agency/client relationships with strong business and financial acumen
  • Talent for mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in project management
  • Possess good strategic thinking
  • Superior communication skills
  • Collaborative in nature 

 

NOT required but will definitely give you an edge

  • B2B marketing experience – with an agency or brand side
