We’re looking for a full-time Account Manager to build and manage client relationships and oversee the development of digital programs and campaigns. You will lead the day-to-day management of digital marketing efforts for our clients. You understand the importance of honest and direct communication and know the value of developing trusted relationships. Responsibilities                                                                         

 Client Service

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple key accounts
  • Clearly communicate and manage expectations with clients, internal and external team members
  • Ensure that all campaigns, programs and projects are being delivered according to expectations and budget
  • Work closely with project management to meet deadlines and secure client approvals.
  • Meet with internal teams and clients on a regular basis to review progress and performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients by acting as a trusted partner.
  • Promptly address any client satisfaction issues with the clients and agency team members
  • Proactively shape client expectations in accordance with approved scopes of work and elevate any necessary change orders

Strategy

  • Understand the connection between program KPI’s and client business objectives.
  • Identify and share opportunities to expand client relationships and business within assigned accounts
  • Research, review and synthesize insights for use in briefs, reports, or presentations
  • Work alongside channel strategists to communicate platform changes or updates which will impact client programs
  • Drive innovation within 90octane and our clients based on emerging trends and best practices

Operations

  • Develop and maintain project briefs and any supplemental documentation that organize team members around clear objectives
  • Facilitate internal kick-off meetings
  • Attend weekly client status meetings, quarterly planning/reporting sessions and annual client reviews
  • Maintain deliverable timelines and all campaign details
  • Keep budgeting documentation up to date and initiate invoicing and reconciliation of budgets
  • Regularly inform Account Supervisor or Director and Director of Account Management of account wins, losses, successes and failures
  • Contribute to QA of program components (including, but not limited to: email testing, copy QA, and image selection)

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing and/or advertising agency experience
  • Functional understanding of digital marketing channels, including; email, search, social, paid media, marketing automation and lead generation
  • Experience in the day-to-day management of digital campaigns across multiple clients
  • Proven problem solver and conflict resolver
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients
  • Poise and professionalism under pressure
  • B2C marketing experience
  • Prior agency experience
  • Flexibility to adapt to new processes and learn new tools
  • Attention to detail, ability to effectively multi-task and time management
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel 5-10% based on client location
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or technical discipline
