POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing an assigned group of accounts within Adperio. This includes using your take charge attitude to support/participate in strategic planning, revenue forecasting and growth, cross-selling and up-selling, and providing superior client support and service. The Account Manager will monitor account and campaign performance, specifically as it relates to Client and Company goals. He/she will leverage Adperio’s internal resources to effectively position client campaigns to our Network of publishers resulting in maximum distribution and the highest ROI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the lead on mid-size accounts maximizing ROI and ensuring client retention while prioritizing efforts accordingly

• Drive revenue and proactively show accountability and growth on assigned accounts and verticals

• Lead/support the strategic planning process to positively position offers leveraging Adperio’s vast media distribution

• Create strategies to ensure client goals are being met (exceeded) and campaigns are fully optimized

• Proactively identify and understand current market and online industry trends and adjust strategic focus as necessary

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members, including Sales, Affiliate Services, Product, IT, and Accounting to ensure a superior client experience, as well as drive business development and growth opportunities

• Set-up campaigns efficiently to ensure offers are available to publishers in a timely manner

• Proactively/creatively identify and solve client problems

• Create monthly invoicing reports and work with Accounting to completion

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 3-5+ years account management experience is essential

• 1-3+ years of online advertising experience and familiarity with CPA/Affiliate marketing model preferred; CPM/CPC, etc also desired

• Demonstrated ability working with clients to increase total revenue for assigned account base

• Hard working, motivated, enthusiastic, and honest; work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills both on the phone and through personal interaction, including excellent written and presentation skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, within a team, and cross-functionally

• Analytical problem-solving skills, as well as being detail-oriented and highly organized a must

• Creative; focused on continuous process improvement
