Blue Moon Digital, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to be part of our growing, fast-paced agency.  The Account Manager will be responsible for managing, tracking, supporting and reporting on client communications and all deliverables, and will be the owner of the account project plans, which includes management of project scheduling and task assignments related to each of their client accounts.  The Account Manager will provide account support, working closely and in collaboration with their clients, Account Directors, Blue Moon Digital Channel Leads, and Operations Directors to help reach project goals, client revenue targets, and client profitability metrics. 
 

Job Duties:
 

·         Support Account Director with client onboarding and digital marketing program launches

·         Assist Account Director and Operations Directors with allocation of resource budgets

·         Assist Account Director with building and monitoring client budgets and revenue forecasts

·         Manage and help prioritize day-to-day client requests and deliverables

·         Create and maintain the project plan, team assignments, and due dates in the project management system for ongoing client-facing and internal team deliverables

·         Schedule internal and client-facing meetings

·         Create meeting agendas, gather required analysis / materials & document meeting minutes and action items

·         Lead or co-lead client account team meetings with Channel Lead or Account Director

·         Collaborate with Account Director in creating client-facing presentations & quarterly project roadmaps

·         Create and refine internal and client-facing performance reports

·         Research program performance trends & support Account Director and Channel Leads in defining recommendations based on the analysis

·         Provide frequent progress reports regarding digital marketing efforts and performance metrics

·         Monitor and help QA digital marketing initiatives for accuracy

·         Perform competitive analysis

 

Required Skills:
 

·         Prior experience executing campaigns or marketing initiatives via paid search, SEO initiatives, affiliate marketing, email marketing, or display advertising

·         Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and display advertising

·         Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics)

·         Google Analytics certification a plus

·         Excellent Excel skills, including familiarity with building graphs, charts, data tables, pivot tables and formulas

·         Experience using a project management tool (i.e. Basecamp, Celoxis, AtTask, etc.)

·         Strong software use skills including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·         Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies

·         Familiarity with 3rd party digital marketing management / analysis tools a plus (Doubleclick Search, Marin Software, Kenshoo, BrightEdge, etc.)

·         Familiarity with the basics of web design helpful

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to handle multiple, high priority assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

·         Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively to contribute ideas that will drive value in a dynamic, client-centered environment

·         Ability to work well in a team and to shine as an individual

·         High comfort level using the Internet as a research and/or shopping tool

 

Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management, client support or business development)

·         Minimum 1 year experience executing campaigns or marketing initiatives via paid search, SEO strategies, affiliate marketing, email marketing, or display advertising
