SpotX is seeking an Account Manager, Demand Operations for our SpotX Client Services group. You will work directly with Brands, Agencies, DSPs and Trade Desks to successfully manage online video ad campaigns across the SpotX platform. This Client Development Team focuses on partnering with Sales and Demand Facilitation to manage portfolio of accounts to achieve team and company goals. Works closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure the successful execution of all campaigns.
Making an immediate impact:
- Collaborates with Sales and Demand Facilitation to manage client relationships and campaigns
- Works with Platform Services on monetization strategies for strategic accounts
- Monitors revenue tracking and manages progress towards team and company goals
- Strategically identifies opportunities for account growth through leveraging analysis and data
- Conducts in-market meetings and QBRs with strategic clients in collaboration with Sales
Needed SpotX’er talents:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising
- Detail-oriented self-starter
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional business relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Aptitude to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
