Job Title: Account Director

Reports to: Managing Director

Job responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary contact point for our clients
• Developing and overseeing client projects
• Providing thoughtful strategies to create measurable results
• Developing internal/external project briefs
• Managing both client and agency expectations
• Conducting status meetings and attending client reviews to work through problems, identify opportunities, and ensure client success
• Develop measurement criteria for client success
