Fruition is looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator who brings a positive attitude and a curiosity to learn to our Account Services Team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for working closely with our team of Account Managers and Account Directors to provide daily support to ensure the successful execution of our digital marketing initiatives for our clients, including client correspondence, scheduling, budget, and production oversight. The Account Coordinator must be organized and proactive, likes to have fun and will assume responsibility for their tasks and projects with minimal supervision. The Account Coordinator position is the first step towards an Account Manager role, and there is high opportunity for growth.

Job Description

General responsibilities of an Account Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Account Manager/Director in the support and management of accounts
• Participation in client and internal meetings, including having a clear idea of decisions and action items
• Communicating goals and issues to the Account Manager/Director and marketing team
• Quick response time to support internal and client requests and all client communication.
• Maintaining client relationships 
• Understanding of all services offered
• Coordinates and manages projects/tasks to ensure workflow and deadlines are met
• Communicates effectively between the agency and clients
• Keeps thorough records on all communication 
• Informs Account Manager/Director regularly of account progress for all assigned clients

Required Key Skills and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with or a strong interest in digital marketing
• Demonstrates great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Bonus if you live in/near our Denver office, although we prioritize skills and a great cultural fit

Salary Range 

• $40,000-$55,000 total annual base salary plus bonus, commensurate with experience, skills, education and/or training
