š About the Role
The Quantum Metric Marketing team is looking for a passionate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and lead the strategy and execution of the QM ABM program. You'll join an energetic team that is highly collaborative and experienced to drive the cross-functional orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate must live and breathe demand generation, have prior ABM experience, possess strong project management skills, and have the ability to build trust and authority with sales functions. š§ Responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision and execution of the a 1:1 ABM program that penetrate a subset of key QM target accounts
- Outline a clear, compelling ABM strategy that generates cross-departmental alignment from key internal stakeholders representing Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Product, Partner, & more
- Manage and propose recommendations for ABM budget, tech stack, and team resources (headcount)
- Conduct research and make recommendations that will drive customized, compelling high-touch content assets across different stages of the buyerās journey
- Lead ABM program orchestration across channels and tools to execute ABM campaigns, including a mix of: email, direct mail/gifting, social engagement, content customization, digital ads, events, and more
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to establish and report out on ABM performance metrics that appropriately align with the program stages
- Work with Sales Enablement to educate internal teams on ABM value + program requirements for success
š” Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in demand generationālaunching campaigns from strategic planning to execution to measurement + reporting
- 3+ years experience in ABM or growth marketing campaign execution role preferred
- Confidence to present program strategy and plans clearly, as well as collect & act on feedback from a broad group of stakeholders
- B2B marketer well-versed in targeting Enterprise accounts in a 1:1 and 1:few fashion
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to deliver the most relevant insights that accurately represent ABM performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Drift is a plus
