We are currently looking for a qualified Marketing Rotation Associates to join our team. This intense entry-level program, spanning three 8-month rotational assignments, will provide participants with the foundational skills necessary to build a successful career in B2B marketing.  Participants will receive exposure to a broad range of marketing areas, participate in a mentorship program, and attend networking events across the organization.  This exciting opportunity will be located at our Burlington, MA and Boulder, CO offices.

Rotations are aligned with high impact marketing initiatives and normally span areas that could include Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation, Web and Social Media Marketing and Marketing Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our corporate mission to eliminate barriers between ideas and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, field and product marketing teams to find new ways to reduce costs and build innovative marketing programs
• Help to manage planning and execution for global marketing teams to build credibility and awareness of CA Technologies brand and products
• Manage work going through creative and multimedia agencies as well as integrating with other CA Technologies marketing programs and initiatives
• Understand our customers digital footprint and create digital tools to drive growth and improve the customer experience.
• Ensure effective resource planning and utilization
• Measure performance against goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
• 3.2 GPA or better (transcript required)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team based environment
• Innate desire for professional development
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
