Job Description

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in Adtaxi’s lead generation efforts. This person will also conduct data analyses of lead generation, lead nurture, and retention programs that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Work with key stakeholders to execute programs to support lead generation, lead nurture and retention efforts.
•    Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation).
•    Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead management and account-based marketing.
•    Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
•    Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
•    Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
•    Work with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize lead generation campaigns.
•    Proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
•    Document existing processes and communicate improvements to enhance marketing productivity.
 

Qualifications

•    BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
•    Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•    Proficiency in marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
•    Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM and integration with marketing automation systems.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
•    Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
