The Convercent Marketing Operations Specialist is a highly collaborative analytical and strategic thinker able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges. You are a critical member of the demand generation team and an enabler to the sales organization.

The Marketing Operations Specialist also assists the marketing department as a whole in the achievement of its goals to optimize funnel conversion rates and velocity. This position is based in our Denver Center headquarters reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

Responsibilities

  • Build infrastructure and oversee governance of the HubSpot instance including campaigns, programs, drip & nurture programs and customer communications
  • Optimize lead scoring and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development for qualification and for increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
  • Track and report on ROI of marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and continued investment
  • Ensure accurate synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce.com databases
  • Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the HubSpot data
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and develop best practices; building templates to allow program teams to build best-in-class campaigns; training and playbook development
  • Help develop, document & evangelize best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing operations functions
  • Leverage Salesforce.com and HubSpot for lead campaign & program tracking and analysis
  • Quickly implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships
  • Support campaign execution across marketing disciplines as needed, this can include writing copy, supporting social, supporting events and advising sales
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of career experience and hands-on execution in developing and running marketing campaigns
  • A flair for writing copy and call-to-action messages that speak to the need of the customer or prospect
  • 2 years of career experience and hands-on execution with marketing automation or operations preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems preferred
  • High attention to detail, well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude
  • Understanding of marketing automation strategies and testing
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • HubSpot certified a plus
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
