Marketing Manager - Paid Search & Display
Responsibilities
• Own media optimization and spend on across our acquisition marketing channels (social, display, search)
• Analyze media spend, breakdown campaign performance, and summarize results for key stakeholders
• Conceive media hypotheses and creative tests and execute new campaign deployments
• Manage and drive performance through agency partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on campaign messaging, creative & site experience
• Proficiency in excel (vlookups, sumifs, pivots, etc.)
• Proficiency in analytics tools (looker, google analytics, etc.)
Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years display, search, or social media buying experience at an agency or performance focused brand
• Highly analytical and looking to drive impact in a high growth business
• Driven to continuously meet challenging business goals
• Values accountability and will take ownership of their work
• Is energized by the idea of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing & fun work environment
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice as needed
