Responsibilities & Opportunities:
Develop and implement overall marketing strategy for our Homebot platform
Own and create content and deliverables for HB website, blog posts, regular social media posts, press releases, collateral (one-pagers, info-graphics), etc.
Collaborate closely with product management, sales, leadership and key strategic partners on marketing initiatives, as needed
Partner with Product Manager to create product announcements & knowledge-based articles
Launch a series of impactful drip campaigns to drive awareness and user adoption, etc.
Manage coordination of video content creation such as testimonials, demo videos, and help content, etc.
Develop and achieve marketing KPIs
Attend & represent Homebot at events, as needed
Minimum Experience & Specific Skills
3- 5 + years in a Marketing role with an emphasis on product vs sales
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must be extremely pro-active, up on current digital marketing trends, and always seek new ways and methods to attract new customers
Ability to adapt to frequent change and adjust priorities accordingly
Knowledge of posting / managing social media content (specifically FB, LI, Tw)
Hands-on skills in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or similar
Bonus if hands-on experience in WordPress (HB website is a WP site)
Bonus if hands-on experience in Unbounce, MailChip/Mandrill, AdEspresso
Bonus if you are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership
