MARKETING COORDINATOR
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (D.O.E.) +Bonus & Benefits
Position Overview:
Hive Management, LLC is seeking a creative & dynamic Marketing Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for marketing, content creation, and brand development. The Marketing Coordinator will begin by supporting various marketing initiatives and then gradually transition into a more autonomous role. This position offers significant growth potential, in alignment with our long-term vision for the team’s organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Time Management & Marketing Project Coordination:
- Prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple brands and departments
- Balance teamwork and independent work to complete tasks efficiently
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Create compelling social media content that aligns with the brand voice
- Respond professionally to comments and messages on social media
- Write and edit blog posts and SEO-friendly articles aligned with company initiatives
Social Media Management:
- Develop and refine social media content calendars
- Oversee posting, scheduling, engagement, and customer support across multiple platforms and brands
- Manage, or learn to manage, social media advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and analytics to optimize performance
Graphic Design:
- Design custom graphics and web-optimized assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Create digital display ads, marketing collateral, and promotional items
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and promotional material
- Understanding different file types, pixel dimensions, compression, and color modes for optimized design
- Develop and refine custom logos and vector graphics as needed
Videography & Video Editing:
- Film and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to produce videos that align with messaging and goals
- Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring technical and creative excellence
Growth Opportunity:
This role is designed for growth. The Marketing Coordinator will start by supporting marketing tasks and quickly evolve into managing projects independently. Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Intermediate graphic design skills, or a willingness to learn
- A desire to grow and advance within the company
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic filming & video editing skills are a huge plus
- Proficiency with mass email platforms (We use Constant Contact)
- Project management tool experience (We use ClickUp)
Nice-to-Haves:
- A background in marketing the transportation and/or healthcare industries
- Experience working successfully as part of a startup
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (text/image generation)
- Website editing skills (WordPress, Elementor, SEO)
- Experience with Google My Business and Google Ads
- Experience in field marketing (events, trade shows, booths)
- Understanding of print production and pre-press processes
