Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales
targets.
● Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize
performance.
● Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the
tech industry.
● Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and
competitive landscape.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior
management.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall
business objectives.
● Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the
sales team
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus (not mandatory)
● Proven night / US shift experience.
● 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or technology
sectors.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing
high-performing sales teams.
● Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and
closing skills.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
with clients and motivate team members.
● An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable
insights. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
