The Manager - Inventory Security and Documentation will serve as the leader of skilled engineers focused on ensuring our video network is protected and inventory, security and configuration management processes are enforced. The solutions will be based on technology and custom software that bring improved visibility and operational performance awareness to the organization. In addition to people management responsibilities, you will be expected to set project/task priorities, assign work and deliverables, track, and report to leadership, and provide mentoring and development opportunities to your staff. You will be the subject matter expert for process and documentation for Video Operations related to all Inventory and Security Management. Passion for risk mitigation and attention to detail are a must.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to a team of skilled engineers regarding Inventory, Security and Documentation related to Video Operations.
- Be an Inventory and Security Expert for Video Operations.
- Support Video Operations Verticals in launching solutions that improve operational and situational awareness around key initiatives. (Security agents, configuration management, inventory compliance, etc.)
- Maintain and support the Video Operations Verticals by building key relationships and implementing new processes related to securing our network and risk assessments.
- Coach and develop team members on best practices.
- Provide KPI reporting and visibility to leadership on key initiatives.
- Analyze the efficiencies of existing business processes and pivot when needed.
- Enhance existing processes and prioritize automation.
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of Operations experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of Project Management work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with software development
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct supervision experience
ADDITIONAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in cybersecurity, firewall management, vulnerability management and/or security operations.
- Able to digest complex asks with video technologies and provide solutions to how best to measure and report on real-time performance within the video ecosystem.
- Experience managing an OSS, software, or solutions team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude to flourish in handling multiple tasks, workload, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Ability to assess a problem and determine a practical course of action with sustainable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and quickly to meet changing demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and electronically with multiple levels of management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
- Proven examples of developing reporting solutions or dashboards that assist in performance management in the video space.
- Experience in System automation.

The base pay for this position generally is between
$98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
