Position Overview: As the Manager of Paid Social, you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of our paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels. You will focus on driving performance marketing initiatives to hit key ROI targets while leading paid creative strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, and overseeing vendor relationships.
You'll develop and execute campaigns that align with the brand's goals and performance objectives. By leading a robust "test and learn" framework, you'll optimize campaigns, surface valuable insights, and ensure that creative assets meet brand standards and deliver high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social campaigns for platforms such as Facebook/Instagram and TikTok. Focus on performance marketing to achieve CAC targets.
    • Build and implement a "test and learn" framework to continuously improve campaign performance, refine targeting, and drive results.
    • Provide forward-thinking leadership on paid social trends, emerging strategies, and performance metrics that can influence broader business objectives and inform other marketing efforts.
    • Own and manage vendor relationships for relevant channels, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery of assets.
  • Creative Strategy & Development:
    • Lead the creative development process in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Use customer, cultural, and performance insights to drive compelling creative that resonates with our target audience.
    • Oversee the entire creative process, from concepting to final asset delivery. Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and performance goals while being tailored to platform-specific needs (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Partner with the e-commerce team, product teams, and other key stakeholders to coordinate large-scale testing, product launches, and cross-channel execution.
    • Share insights, best practices, and learnings with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness across different marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all assets and campaigns are optimized for performance and strategically aligned with business goals.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Utilize reporting tools like Motion, Haus, and Heap to track and analyze performance across campaigns, creatives, and channels.
    • Report key performance insights and make actionable recommendations to improve performance and drive continued growth.
    • Design and implement incrementality tests to accurately measure the true impact of paid social campaigns, ensuring that optimizations are driving genuine, incremental growth.

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
    • Strong agency and client-side experience, with a deep understanding of the intricacies and dynamics of each.
    • Proven track record working with digital-first brands, especially those with a strong e-commerce presence.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Strong creative acumen, with experience leading and optimizing creative development processes that drive performance.
    • Expertise in building and implementing a "test and learn" framework to optimize campaigns for performance and growth.
    • Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and actionable plans for future campaigns.
