Senior Contracts Manager

The Opportunity
We are in search of a Senior Contracts Manager to join their dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of responsibilities including negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for negotiating, structuring, drafting and/or managing SaaS terms of use, software license, consulting services, non-disclosure, and customer paper agreements for direct use or re-seller channel.
• Provide experienced judgment in analyzing and negotiating complex concepts in out-bound technology agreements: data privacy; intellectual property ownership; limitations of liability; and indemnifications.
• Review contractual documents to ensure compliance to company policy and alignment with risk tolerance thresholds.
• Investigate high risk areas and prepare course of action or make recommendations to minimize exposure to risk.
• Contribute to formulation of playbook positions and department policies, and participate in training of team and internal clients.
• Provide interpretation of contract terms and advise applicable parties of contractual rights and obligations.
• Work closely with teams of people across the company and externally with customers and partners.
• Assist with selection and implementation of a contract management system.

Required Skills / Experience:

• 5 - 10 years relative contracts management experience.
• SaaS experience required.
• Experience working with Sales and Business units.
• Ability to navigate complicated and nuanced issues.
• Superior organizational and communication skills and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well in fast-paced team environment.
• Commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
