Position Summary

The Professional Services Group of SRS Acquiom is currently recruiting a Process Manager specializing in corporate contract compliance and administration. This position calls for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team and can handle multiple assignments simultaneously. The ideal candidate can create structure and order in their processes, pay close attention to detail, and is able to communicate effectively with a broad range of people ranging from Major Shareholders and VIPs to individual shareholders who may not be familiar with the post-closing process. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and help ensure compliance with contract obligations and deadlines
  • Manage and take ownership of communications and problem resolution for shareholders through incoming and outgoing phone calls, email, and other means of communication
  • Set appropriate expectations for shareholders and remain communicative with shareholders until their needs are completely resolved
  • Maintain and proactively manage the internal case management system; identify common issues and bring to product development’s attention when needed
  • Draft correspondence under attorney supervision.
  • Maintain and manage electronic and paper documents
  • Manage client profiles and contact records
  • Identify areas of process improvement and help implement solutions
  • Manage and help execute special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3-5 years in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Experience with legal terms, concepts, and processes
  • Experience with document management, particularly with electronic document formats
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience with drafting legal correspondence, reading and interpreting corporate organizational documents
  • Exposure to corporate transactions, contract compliance, particularly transactional and other complicated merger and acquisition agreements
  • Corporate filing requirements at the state level (e.g., Secretary of State requirements)
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Drive
  • Apple Mac computing environments
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite
