Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH is seeking a mid to senior level attorney who can bring us new ideas and perspectives and is passionate about our business and interested in working closely with DISH's Human Resources Department to change the way in which the world is connected. This role will provide transactional legal support to DISH's Human Resources Department and will have the opportunity to directly contribute to DISH's future growth.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

• Working closely with DISH's Human Resources Department to support the its transactional needs, including drafting and negotiating agreements for employee benefits, software platforms, and talent acquisition and recruiting;
• Counseling DISH's Human Resources Department on various legal issues;
• Working closely with DISH's Human Resources Department to accomplish DISH's goals and strategic objectives; and
• Assisting with other responsibilities as needed.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful applicant will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university;
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a law school class rank in the top 25%;
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state;
• 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Excellent communication, project management, organization and multi-tasking skills;
• Past experience working closely with a Human Resources department;
• A passion for the in-house practice of law and the television and wireless industries;
• Energy, resourcefulness and a demonstrated desire to achieve.

Salary Range
Compensation: $138,450.00/Year - $180,000.00/Year
