Contracts Specialist III
Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
● Draft standard templates with Legal as necessary
● Manage ALL level complexity contract negotiations using standard templates
● Support med-high level complexity negotiations and receive limited support when highly modified or on customer paper
● Support Sales with all level complexity RFx responses and PO reviews with limited supervision
● Administer contract records, registrations, files, database as necessary
● Support colleagues as needed
● Represent Contracts team in audits

Experience / Education
Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Draft standard templates with Legal support as necessary
● Manage customer and some subcontractor contract negotiations
● Support negotiations of varying levels of complexity
● Craft varying documents, as may be necessary to support all areas of the business
● Provide contractual and legal oversight
● Support sales in prompt review and response of bids, orders, and agreements
● Responsible for contract administration functions necessary to manage life cycle of negotiated contracts
● Work in multiple systems to perform various contracts tasks as needed. Systems may include, but not be limited to Oracle, Aegis, Qlik, EtQ, etc.
● Represent Contracts team in internal and external audits
● Contribute to continuous process improvements
● Special projects as may be necessary to support team's functions, roles and responsibilities
In addition to the standard Contracts Specialist responsibilities, this individual will be expected to help support the transition and migration of all associated contracts functions from the OH team to the CO Contracts Team.
