Contracts Manager - (Remote - US)

What you will do:
- Review and verify incoming contract matters (both vendor and client) for accuracy, including but not limited to confirming contract terms, contact and billing information, pricing
- Assist the attorney in reviewing and executing a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions on the client and vendor side
- Review standard NDAs, statements of works, order forms, vendor agreements and routine and other standard agreements, including comparing such agreements against existing standard templates and previously executed agreements
- Assist in reviewing and updating contract templates
- Work with Lega, Info Security, Privacy, Sales, Sales Management and Finance to process contracts and when uncertain, determine best action required
- Establish solid, trusted working relationships with all DISQO departments and groups that contribute to the structure of, or may be impacted by, the contract matter and helping to obtain any necessary approvals
- Assist in drafting and maintaining records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress, including updating certain documents and systems.
- Generate analysis and reports pertaining to contract process as requested the attorney
- Ensure forward deal momentum, troubleshoot, and resolve
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and processes
- Work with the lead attorneys in meeting certain service level requirements
- Participate in the operations of the company and special projects as required, and continuously identify ways to streamline the procedures and processes for contracts and overall operations, including implementation and updates to a contract management system.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies or business management, or computer science (alternative could be paralegal or contract management certification)
- 3+ years of prior knowledge and relevant experience in contract or legal administration and review, and contract operations (business, sales, channel, and consulting services); preferably in ad tech or insights industry
- Familiarity with operations, order processing, fulfillment, legal contracts, purchase orders, service and data licensing agreements
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, motivated, persistent, with skills in diplomacy
- Experience working on your own in a rapidly-changing, deadline-based position involving heavy interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with all levels; team player
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vision and Adobe Pro, DocuSign and contract management software or system
