- Design, develop, and maintain on-demand and instructor-led learning content.
- Build engaging, informational, accessible, and visually compelling learning experiences.
- Adapt to new challenges, pilot new ideas, and experiment with improvements to existing content based on customer feedback.
- Independently solve problems, collaborate effectively with your teammates.
- Ensure that all training materials are consistent, up-to-date, and aligned with the larger team and company goals.
- Establish positive relationships with SMEs and other partners to ensure learning experiences are designed to improve customer outcomes.
- Find new ways to produce content that scale and resonate with our increasingly global audience.
- Support the creation of standardized tools, metrics, and evaluation processes across training to ensure a scalable approach when evaluating and addressing learning needs.
- Use agile methodology to define, create, develop, and manage projects through a prioritized backlog.
Your background
- You have 3-5 years of experience developing industry-leading learning experiences.
- You hold deep expertise in learning experience design practices, adult learning principles, and effective methods of applying those in learning content design.
- You have experience in data-driven decision-making and prioritizing projects based on learner needs and business goals.
- You have experience designing conceptual graphics, editing videos, and recording in-product demos.
- You have experience leading through influence and peer leadership.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing professional landscape.
- You champion your projects to drive them to completion and delivery amidst the shifting nature of SaaS.
- You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced, environments and are innovative, creative, and like to experiment.
- You have experience in stakeholder management, are a strong collaborator, and are skilled in project management
Nice to have:
- Atlassian product experience
- Degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Human Resource Development, Writing, or Visual Design
- Experience working on agile teams
- Experience with design tools (like Figma) and video editing tools (like Camtasia)
