RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate leadership, management, and professional development training in Spanish, Portuguese, and English for diverse audiences.
- Conduct annual learning needs assessments to identify strategic development solutions aligned with business goals.
- Design, enhance, and adapt learning programs to maximize impact and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director for LATAM and senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with regional priorities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Partner with LMS teams to optimize platform usability and effectiveness.
- Assess and coach internal and external trainers to uphold instructional excellence.
- Build and manage a robust network of training vendors, universities, and consultants.
- Lead and manage learning and organizational development projects across local, regional, and global scopes.
- Deliver tailored organizational development solutions including team effectiveness and change management strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational environment supporting Latin America.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese fluency strongly preferred.
- Proven facilitation skills in supervisory and management training.
- Deep knowledge of training methodologies and organizational development practices.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience as a people leader is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams; LMS experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
