About Brellium

Brellium's mission is a big one – to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. We’ve built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.
Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.
Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care - at scale.
Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then, we’ve grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care. We’re a Series A company with over $16MM in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures.

About the Role

We are looking for a QA Specialist to join our new Quality function and help shape the future of clinical quality and compliance at Brellium.

In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical quality expert for ABA, partnering directly with customer QA teams, Brellium engineers, and executive stakeholders to elevate documentation accuracy, compliance, and clinical integrity across the behavioral health ecosystem.

You’ll use Brellium’s AI-driven insights to identify patterns in provider documentation, design improvement plans, and guide organizations through operational change. This role blends hands-on clinical expertise with systems-level thinking. This role is perfect for someone who’s built and operated within QA programs and wants to influence how technology and clinical standards converge.

This is a customer facing hourly retainer position with flexible engagement options (remote, hybrid, or on-site collaboration as needed).

What You’ll Do

Operational Coordination

  • Encourage documentation, compliance, and quality standards for ABA customers

  • Support QA leads by helping manage workload distribution and ensuring providers receive timely communications.

  • Collaborate with providers to facilitate remediations.

Identify Trends and Drive Improvements

  • Collaborate with Brellium’s product and engineering teams to ensure product reflects current payer and accreditation standards

Be the Liaison for Clinical Change

  • Serve as the primary clinical quality liaison between Brellium and customer teams

  • Support change management initiatives including revising QA workflows and designing training programs

  • Represent the clinician’s perspective in product feedback

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of ABA experience

  • Experience operating within established QA programs

  • Deep expertise in quality assurance, compliance, or utilization review with a record of measurable improvement in outcomes

  • Strong understanding of payor requirements, accreditation standards, and Medicaid/commercial documentation frameworks

  • Collaborative, humble, and motivated by impact

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience building or leading QA programs in multi-site or virtual ABA organizations

  • Background in auditing or compliance leadership at payers, or ABA providers

  • Familiarity with EMRs, audit software, and healthcare analytics tools

  • A registered BCBA designation

We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health benefits, commuter benefits, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.

Benefits offered include:
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

  • Equity Compensation

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage

  • HSA / FSA

  • 11 paid holidays each year

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Training and professional development

  • Hybrid Work Schedule (4 days onsite, 3 if located > 1 hour away)
