Our team is looking for a highly creative and fast-moving junior graphic designer for a full-time, contract position at our downtown Chicago office.

Our Ideal Candidate

Can you edit a logo in minutes? Make art changes to a PPT deck? Work with a video production team on art direction? Or collaborate with senior stakeholders on creative concepts? If so, then you’ll be right at home with our team.

  • 2 to 3 years graphic design experience. HTML and CSS a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, or fine arts required  

  • Excellent typography, compositional, and layout skills

  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and experience with incorporating end-user feedback/metrics a must

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CS Suite applications and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Must be able to give/receive feedback and accept creative direction from team

  • Ability to manage time appropriately and meet fast-paced daily deadlines

What You’ll Be Doing For Us

  • Efficiently and accurately execute a large number of digital and print assets on a daily basis for marketing, sales, and product teams (examples: banner ads, flyers, email templates, screenshots, conference brochures, print ads, customizing/branding assets within a mobile app, etc.)

  • Develop simple creative assets while adhering to brand guidelines and provide input on how to evolve brand guidelines over time

  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and digital content

  • Assist with creative and production-related tasks

When You’ll Need To Be Available

Minimum 40 hours a week with two to three days in the office. Position available immediately.
