What we’ll expect from you and what you’ll be doing?

• Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information
• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions
• Reconciles payroll discrepancies to ensure data integrity in payroll systems.
• Issues or reissues, physical or replacement checks, or direct deposits due to payroll errors or final discharge
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue invoices by contacting customers via email
• Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and balances due, providing exceptional customer service.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in receivable accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you can expect from us:  

This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $55,000 - $74,000 per year and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based upon personal and company performance. Digicomm also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
