We’re looking for an Invoice Processing Specialist who wants to help build a new team, gets excited about billing analysis, and loves to balance to the penny!  

Who you are…

  • Minimum of 5 years telecommunications experience in account support or project management
  • Proven track record in ability to meet defined deadlines and deliver results
  • Passionate about details, data & solving complex problems for clients with creativity
  • Outstanding task and time management skills with strong follow through
  • Exceptional proficiency with Excel and CRM database tools
  • Have cross-functional teaming experience with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

What you will do…

  • Manage and process customer invoices within zLinq’s Invoice Processing portal, which may include invoice collection, inventory, reconciliation, approval, distribution, tracking and reporting.
  • Work with vendors to resolve payment issues.
  • Assist in Onboarding new clients by working closely with Client Services to collect required data, build inventory/GL structure, and maintain client documentation.

Per Colorado pay equity posting requirements, the compensation for the Denver based Invoice Processing Specialist role is between $53K and $88K, depending on the candidate experience level. The role also has a 10% bonus potential with key performance indicator attainment.
