Webinar Analytics Intern

During this flexible 3-month internship, you'll be contributing to the Growth team and reporting to the Growth & Optimization Manager. The purpose of this role is to support the improvement of BiggerPockets’ webinar conversion rate through analysis of AB tests & customer behavior.
YOU WILL:
Report on A/B test and present statistically-sound data-backed results
Conduct ad-hoc analysis of BiggerPockets webinars to help identify opportunities for improvement
Make recommendations for future test iterations
Be responsible for reporting on weekly webinar performance
YOU HAVE:
Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
Experience in web analytics & A/B testing preferred, but not required
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with data tracking & testing tools like Amplitude, Crazyegg and Optimizely
Solid computer skills -- In addition to strong MS Excel abilities, you will be using the following software extensively: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely, Crazyegg and possibly other related marketing tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A strong work ethic (but you also know how to have fun)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or anticipated completion of degree in analytical or business-related field such as Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
Other helpful skills include:
An eye for UI/UX/Graphic Design
Basic/intermediate understanding of statistics
Project Management
Editing and proof-writing skills

Minimal travel is required for this position
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time position with 20 hours/week. Days and Core Hours of work are flexible, but will occur Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required on a rare-basis as job duties demand.
Pay Rate: Hourly, estimated $17-19 per hour depending on experience.
