We are searching for a User Experience Design Intern for Summer 2021!

What does a UX Design Intern do at CyberGRX? 

We are looking for a talented and motivated UX intern to join our product design team and build extraordinary products for our users! We want to work with self-motivated and passionate people who love designing excellent user experiences. You will be embedded in a product delivery team and working directly with product managers and engineers to deliver the final designs implemented into our platform experience. This position will focus on agile-delivery aspects of the user experience process, and so those interested in developing their UI skills are particularly encouraged. You will be responsible for understanding well-defined pieces of work and iterating on final designs (in Figma) with the delivery team. You will need to understand and balance various user, stakeholder, and technical needs of the delivery team and translate those needs into workable designs. 

What a day in the life looks like: 

• Manage well defined projects that you will help our production teams deliver 
• Work closely with other UX designers, product owners, and developers to create excellent product experiences 
• Contribute to a central design system for repeatable work 
• Participate in user research and usability testing 

What you bring to the table: 

• Working towards a degree in UX or a related field and/or a recent graduate from a UX program 
• You have a passion for great design, and strong visual design skills 
• Excellent collaborator and iterator 
• Driven to see projects to completion 
• Understanding of human-centered design process

Compensation: $20/hour
