Job Description

As a member of Kapost’s Customer Success team, your goal is to assist with the manual migration of our customers' marketing content from multiple sources into their instance of Kapost. In this role you will work directly with the Asset Migration Analyst to accurately migrate data in a timely manner and assist with bulk manipulation of data within Kapost.

You are/have:

• 0-2 years experience and/or you're a student or someone in need of flexible work hours; this is a great opportunity to join on the ground floor of a startup and grow within a team / company
• Variable hours per week available to work, depending on need.  Can be 0-20 hours in any given week.  Work your hours per your schedule to meet the deadline that week
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
• A beginner to intermediate Excel user with willingness to learn
• A naturally curious problem solver
• Positive & optimistic
• Flexible with change
• A good sense of humor

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Check source documents for completeness and accuracy
• Clearly communicate questions about source documents to the Asset Migration Analyst
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents
• Upload data from source documents into Kapost
• Accurately track and document detailed project progress
• Manually change data within Kapost
• Other team assistance as needed
