Position Details:

CSG is seeking a Legal Intern to work summer 2020.  The work will include assisting with legal, compliance, and transactional matters as assigned by CSG attorneys who are working on supporting all areas of the business, with a focus on contracts, projects, and research. This role will work closely with global customer operations, vendor management, IT and business stakeholders.

Specific tasks will include:

• Assist with reviewing and modifying customer and vendor contracts and managing the flow of communications between CSG and its customers/vendors
• Assist with revising internal policies and procedures; and
• Conduct legal research, as needed.
