From hotels to transportation to the day-to-day activities, the Experiences team designs, manages and executes unforgettable cruises, land programs, and sports and cultural-focused events. Our experiences embrace and expand upon the mission of our company (to inspire lasting memories and relationships by changing the way family and friends experience the world) by providing meaningful, experiential travel programs in some of the most sought-after destinations and cultural events. Interning with Inspirato’s Experiences department will introduce you to a unique world within luxury travel.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Building – Support specialists and program managers in building out individual member itineraries for each program, including flight information, hotel and dining reservations, activities and more
  • Passenger Information – Assist in the collection and management of passenger information for all upcoming Experiences
  • Email Communication – Relay important information to our vendors and (as needed) members
  • Marketing Collateral – Aid in creation of marketing collateral to ensure all our programs are a fully Inspirato-branded experience
  • Gifting – Support specialists in designing, ordering, and executing our gifting strategy to surprise and delight members when they’re active in program
  • Tactical Support – Provide support for Experience and Event specialists and leads including but not limited to shipping and handling, name badge printing and attendee profile compilation
  • Experience Research & Proposal – Based on your competitive analysis, give us your best pitch as to where you think Inspirato should focus on future programs

Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies::

  • Software Expertise – Proven expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Luxury Travel Experience - Experience in the luxury travel industry is preferable
  • Project Management – Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported
  • Organization and Attention to Detail – Experiences have a LOT of moving parts and pieces. Being able to manage the nitty gritty details is a must
  • Problem Solving – Must be able to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in group problem solving situations
  • Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate effectively, professionally and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-Starter/Independent – Doesn’t need a lot of handholding and doesn’t need to wait to be told what to do
  • Team Player – At the end of the day, it’s all about the team and supporting each other
  • Adaptability – Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates the opportunity to adjust and adapt with a growing business

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Entering junior or senior year at an accredited four-year university
  • Eager to learn
