The Solutions Operations Intern is responsible for Professional Services (ProServ) data validation/analysis and project management. He/she works collaboratively with the ProServ team to ensure that projects are completed on-time and deliver expected results. 

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

• Owning and managing data validation for all Wrike tasks/tickets so that historical reporting is accurate
• Meeting with internal stakeholders to ensure that dates, timeframes, and desired statuses are clearly defined
• Partnering with the Business Analytics team to develop automated reporting for Solutions Operations/Professional Services
• Attending all daily Agile Scrum style stand up meetings with ProServe team to ensure that every project is properly progressing
• Creating weekly content for the Sales and Marketing Newsletter
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Solutions Operations team to plan/execute quarterly team building events
• Other projects as necessary

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Required Education & Certifications:

• Pursuing a B.S./B.A. degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Must be local to Colorado
