We are currently looking for a qualified Marketing Intern to work within the Product and Portfolio Marketing Team that focuses on CA’s cybersecurity products.   This entry-level assignment that is 3 months in length will give you the opportunity to both learn and contribute to our marketing efforts for this business.  At CA, Product Marketing teams are the experts in understanding our products, our buyers, the market opportunity and key industry trends.  We produce marketing materials and content, work with our peer groups to develop and execute digital demand generation programs, work on overall product go to market strategy and customer loyalty marketing programs, and perform competitive analysis and develop product positioning.  Working with a Senior Product Marketing leader, you will be assigned to work on a product line and help us on a wide range of tasks.

This exciting opportunity will be located at our Boulder, CO office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product marketing managers to assist in the development of marketing programs and tactics in support of one of our cybersecurity product lines.
• Assist and perform competitive analysis of key competitors using open source data as assigned.
• Develop key persona based marketing and positioning messages for our target buyers.
• Create assigned marketing content like data sheets, PowerPoint presentations and solution briefs.
• Learn and use our LookbookHQ digital content marketing journey tool.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 3.2 GPA or better (transcript required)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team based environment
• Innate desire for professional development
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
