SMB Sales Internship

We are hiring a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Intern to work along our team assisting them in selling a premium solution and help us set, drive and execute towards our revenue goals.

 

THE TEAM

Xactly's Sales team is a tight-knit and growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds. Our team's goal is to set customers up for success and transform the way C-level executives think about Sales Performance Management

THE SKILL SET

Working towards a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree

Experience working in a sales position is a plus

Knowledge of SaaS would be great, but not required

Ability to thrive and adapt in a process driven and fast paced environment

Exceptional communication skills and professionalism

Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn how to grow a business

High energy and a positive attitude a must

 

During your Internship you'll;

Build relationships with internal business partners including Marketing and Sales

Receive administrative training on how to leverage internal tools including Marketo, Box and Salesforce etc.

Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves

Shadow your Xpert and learn Xactly best practices
