Internship: Approximately 10 weeks; June to August. The 2021 Arrow Internship Program will be 100% virtual. All events, training and meetings will be virtual. Arrow will supply all interns with company equipment.
Based on your experience and interests, you will interview with and work on a team for approximately 10 weeks during the summer. Interns may be considered for potential full-time opportunities on based on their internship performance.

Functional Area
The Sales Representative Intern will assist in the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. Perform sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures. Serve as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), vendor resources and customers. Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipates our customers’ requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner. Create influential customer, supplier and internal relationships.
Requirements & Skills
Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2021
Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), virtually, during the summer (June through Mid-August)
Adequate WiFi
3.0 GPA or Higher
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
Experience using Microsoft Office
Detail oriented mindset
Emphasis on tact and diplomacy
Proven ability to work with a variety of people and develop strong working relationships
Treat highly confidential information with utmost integrity
