We are hiring a results-oriented Lead Generation Sales Intern to help assist with research and analysis on areas of opportunities and successes within the Sales and Business Development teams. This individual will learn how to build out accounts in Salesforce using our software tools such as Zoom info, Salesforce and Linkedin Sales Navigator. The purpose of the internship is to understand Xactly's products and sales processes and to give you exposure to Lead Generation and its cross functional teams.
Xactly's Lead Generation team is a tight-knit and growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds. Our team's goal is to support Sales and Marketing's missions to help drive quality pipeline for the organization.
THE SKILL SET
• Working towards a BS/BA or equivalent
• Previous sales internship or cold calling experience a plus
• Results driven & competitive nature
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients
• Outstanding time management skills
• Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL
• Build relationships with internal business partners including Sales and Marketing
• Attend New Hire Orientation and participate in Lead Generation Bootcamp
• Receive administrative training on how to leverage internal tools including Zoom info, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator and more
• Partner with current Sales Development team to build out and update critical information in Salesforce
• Shadow your Xpert and learn Xactly best practices
BY THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP, YOU'LL
• Gain a strong understanding of Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
• Work with sales and marketing to provide feedback on new campaigns to drive pipeline
• Have a complete understanding of the Xactly product suite
• Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and instructional acumen
• Become an expert on internal tools and processes
• You will be seen as a well-versed expert in Lead Generation
