Project Manager Intern
Ibotta is seeking a Business Transformation Intern to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. You will be joining our Business Transformation team as a Project Manager Intern to work on challenging, cross-functional projects across the organization. In this role, you will work effectively leading projects for stakeholders to support our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. These projects could include technical implementations, marketing campaigns, process improvements, etc. This is all while you build your project management competency and develop a toolkit for other problem solving methodologies and frameworks.
This will be a full-time,12 week, internship during the summer of 2022.This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

- Plan, execute and complete projects:
- Create and maintain project roadmap and charters
- Set project goals, identify key wins and risks
- Oversee day-to-day tasks and maintain documentation to accurately report on progress
- Facilitate meetings, assign clear action items and follow-ups
- Provide weekly statuses to stakeholders across active projects
- Carry out project reviews and lessons learned upon completion; gather feedback, implement issue detection processes and take action to make improvements
- Leverage partnerships with stakeholders to effectively project manage solutions to important and complex business issues
What we are looking for:
Seniors working towards a bachelor’s/master’s degree with a focus in Project Management, Operations Management, Communication, Information Science, Business Administration or related field
- Strong time management skills and ability to quickly shift from one project to another
- Ability to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environment
- Experience managing customer expectations
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Work effectively with others on project teams while demonstrating personal accountability, leadership, and integrity

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay.
- The hourly compensation for this role is: $25.00 per hour worked. This compensation is specific only to Colorado.
