As a Physician Support Specialist Intern at Healthgrades, you will provide exceptional product support for internal and external clients, maintain physician data accuracy, and assist physicians with inquiries regarding their Healthgrades profiles. This is great opportunity for students interested in data management, quality assurance and customer service.

What you will do:

• Provide white-glove service to our internal and external clients
• Answer product-related questions
• Input and verify data from a variety of sources
• Assist with various special projects
• Collaborate with Healthgrades business units on challenges and opportunities to bolster client satisfaction, enhance retention rates, achieve client goals, and increase physician participation
• Identify, research, and document production system issues
• Demonstrate consistent professionalism and response for physicians, clients, and co-workers
• Quality check team deliverables to maximize client satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge, prioritize workloads, and solve problems

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled Junior or Senior undergraduate student at a local Denver college or university
• Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large quantities of data
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequently shifting priorities and procedures
• Microsoft Office skills should include Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience in an online environment or healthcare field is preferred
• SQL and data analysis and/or data management experience is a plus

This is a 12 week long paid internship beginning mid-May through mid-August. The position will be approximately 40 hours/week.
