Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations/ Economics students. This position provides an in-depth window into the inner workings of Arrow, by providing a unique opportunity to interact with all departments. The Operations Analyst Intern will analyze current processes, and seek to make them more efficient. The Operations Analyst Intern should be able to take a holistic approach process improvement, in order to maximize overall efficiency. The Operations Analyst Intern will consolidate data from a wide variety of sources in order to develop, create, and modify process structures and operating procedures.
Requirements & Skills
- Currently a junior, enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Economics, or Equivalent
- Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer (May or June through Mid-August; Available start dates: May 21, May 29, June 4, June 11. Earliest end date is August 17)
- 3.0 GPA or Higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Access
- Customer Service Experience and Detail oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work with a variety of people and develop strong working relationships
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal oversight
- Effective time management abilities
