The Office Operations Intern is responsible for efficiently executing daily, weekly, and monthly office procedures that have a positive impact on the employee experience and contribute to maintaining a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment that enhances Upserve’s company culture. The Intern will assist with the daily operations tasks of Upserve's downtown Denver office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Reception activities such as welcoming guests, retrieving, delivering and signing for mail

- Complete inventory and purchase orders

- Maintain office space by keeping cafe cleaned and stocked, office supplies stocked, and managing vendor services such as janitorial maintenance

- Assist with new hire onboarding, which includes office tours, setting up facility access, and more

- Event preparation and execution

*We are looking for someone who can work 8am-4pm, M-F , for the next 2 months*

Experience

  • 1 year experience in hospitality background and/ or customer service experience
  • Experience using tools to manage time effectively (ie: project management systems, calendars, timelines/ checklists
  • Exposure to G-Suite including Gmail, Calendar and Drive preferred
  • Prior experience resolving customer or internal requests

Skills
