The Microsoft Programs Intern validates and analyzes the data for the Pax8 Microsoft team and helps manage projects. They work collaboratively with the Pax8 + Microsoft and Sales teams to ensure that projects are completed on-time and deliver expected results.
Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):
- Owning and managing data validation for historical reporting effort
- Meeting with internal stakeholders to ensure that dates, timeframes, and desired statuses are clearly defined
- Partnering with the Business Analytics team to develop automated reporting for all Microsoft Sales KPI metrics and SureStep commitments
- Attending all daily meetings with Microsoft team to ensure that every project is properly progressing
- Gathering Microsoft updates daily and communicating any changes to the Microsoft Programs Team
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Microsoft team to innovate new resources, offerings, and sales strategies
- Supporting Microsoft projects team by project managing and compiling weekly reviews for sales team, executives, and Microsoft PDM team
- Other projects as necessary
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
- Passion and excitement to be a part of a rapidly growing, award-winning company
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Required Education & Certifications:
- Pursuing a B.A./B.S. in related field
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at 13/hour or more depending on experience
*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
